Boat Song | Pale Ale
"Please throw me a line."
Originally brewed by Head Brewer Brayden’s brother as a successful, high-placing home brew competition entry. The combination of Sorachi Ace (Japan), Nelson Sauvin (New Zealand), Galaxy (Australia) and Citra (USA) hops meld together in an excessively aromatic, tropical and citrus maelstrom that’s bound to pull you in.
Boat Song pours a burnished gold with a rocky white head. Slightly hazy, but not turbid in appearance. Lashings of tropical and citrus on the nose, with undertones of lightly toasted coconut. Beautifully balanced bitterness pairs with the light, yet seemingly complex and bready malt base. Clean and lingering finish.
